7:36 AM (PST) – Our team is investigating issues related to card activation and blocking, Instant Transfers and transfers between your Shared and Protected Goals, as well as recent transactions not reflecting in your balance. We'll update here as we learn more.

7:49 AM (PST) – Our phone lines are experiencing long hold times. Our teams are actively working on fixing this issue and thank for your patience.

8:03 AM (PST) – Our teams have made progress and the issues don't appear to be occurring any longer. We're going to keep this up until we're certain we've resolved everything and, again, thank you for your patience.
