App and Website Experiencing Login Issues (Resolved)

Access to apps and transactions was interrupted for a period of time.

3:43 PM (PST) – Access to apps and transactions has been nominal for the past 12 hours, however, through the course of our cleanup we inadvertently sent a batch of old 2fa alert emails. Due to these emails, we are experiencing a higher call volume and extended hold times. We appreciate your patience!
