App and Website Experiencing Login Issues (Resolved)

Access to apps and transactions was interrupted for a period of time.

January 23rd 2019

4:55 PM (PST) – We’re hearing reports of customers being unable to log in to our website and mobile app. Our team is aware and investigating the root cause and we'll update here as we learn more.

6:50 PM (PST) – We have all hands on deck working on the login issues affecting our customers. At this time, we expect the issue to be resolved at approximately 11pm PT and we'll continue to post updates here.

12:15 AM (PST) – Our team continues to work on the login issues. We'll continue to update this page with updates as they come and appreciate your patience.

12:58 AM (PST) – Customers should now be able to log in without issue; however, transaction activity from the last few hours is still processing. We'll update here once everything is complete and thank you again for your patience.

1:57 PM (PST) – Access to apps and transactions has been nominal for the past 12 hours, however, through the course of our cleanup we inadvertently sent a batch of old 2fa alert emails. Due to these emails, we are experiencing a higher call volume and extended hold times. We appreciate your patience!
