Service Outage (Resolved)

Customers experienced issues affecting multiple services, including log in arcoss multiple devices, card activations, and sending support messages. Card purchases worked normally. Our teams were able to investigate and resolve underlying issue, and return services to normal functionality.

September 8th 2018

8:17 AM (PST) – We’re hearing reports of customers being unable to log in to our website; however, mobile logins are not affected. Various other services are impacted. Our team is aware and investigating the root cause. As as a result, hold times for phone support are currently higher than normal.

9:24 AM (PST) – Our team continues work on identifying the issue affecting multiple services including log in across multiple devices, card activations, and sending support messages. Card purchases are still working normally. As a result of this incident, hold times are higher than normal, and we'll update this page as we learn more.

11:26 AM (PST) – We were able to identify the root cause and restore most functionality across our services. Customers may experience occasional interruptions as our teams continue to work on the underlying issue. Our call volumes remain higher than normal. We appreciate your patience!
