Some customers have reported they are not receiving verification codes via text message. Our team has found the cause and we’re actively working on a fix; we’ll update here as we make progress. Thank you for your patience!

We are continuing to work towards a resolution for the delay in receiving verification codes via text message. We now believe this to be an issue with some mobile carriers and are working with our vendor to escalate the issue.

Our vendor has confirmed that there is an issue with the mobile carrier. They are currently working with the carrier towards a resolution and are providing us regular updates.
