Delays in Activity and Balance Updates (Resolved)

There was a slight delay in transactions appearing in Activity feeds. In addition, card blocking was intermittently unavailable.

March 27th 2018

1:56 PM (PST) – Some transactions are taking longer than normal to appear in the Activity feed and Available Balance, though they've been processed successfully. Some customers are also experiencing delays with Instant Transfers. Our team is addressing the source of the delay, and we’ll continue to update here as we gain new information.

3:00 PM (PST) – We've received reports of Statements and Card Blocking/Unblocking being intermittent. However, we've identified the cause for the issue and appreciate your patience as we continue to work towards resolution.
