Transactions delayed for some customers (Resolved)

Some customers' transactions took longer than usual to be displayed in their Activity.

June 12th 2017

9:09 AM (PST) – Some customers aren’t able to see transactions that they’ve made over the past few days in their Activity. If you’re one of the folks affected, your transactions will be processed normally, but you won’t see your transaction list update.

Our team has identified the source of the delay, and they’re working hard to get these transactions displayed. We’ll keep you updated here as we make progress. If you have any questions, please send us a support message or give us a call at 888-248-0632.

9:41 AM (PST) – We've resolved the source of the delay: any delayed transactions should now be visible in your Activity, and new transactions should appear at the normal speed. Thanks for your patience!
