Passphrase Reset & Photo Check Deposit Intermittently Unavailable (Resolved)

For a few hours, some customers were unable to submit deposits or reset their passphrase because our web provider wasn't fully available.

February 28th 2017

10:54 AM (PST) – The passphrase emails we send are only going through intermittently, so some customers are unable to reset their passphrases. We've also noticed that some customers are not able to successfully submit a check deposit through the mobile app. We're working to resolve this as soon as possible, and we'll update here as we make progress. 11:44 AM (PST) – We've located the reason why some passphrase emails and mobile deposits aren't going through, and we're developing a plan to fully restore them.
