8:08 AM (PST) – Some customers are unable to check their balances on mobile or Web. Our team is actively working to resolve this issue, and should have it resolved shortly. In the meantime, you'll still be able to use your card normally. We'll continue to provide updates here as we work to resolve this issue.

10:20 AM (PST) – Our team continues to investigate the issues with balance displays. We'll continue to update here as we make progress, but if you need support in the meantime, give us a call at 1-888-248-0632.

11:25 AM (PST) – Work is ongoing to resolve balance display issues, and some customers may not see their transaction histories update to reflect new transactions. Additionally, some customers may be unable to block or activate their cards, though card transactions should contine to work normally. 12:34 PM (PST) – We've resolved the underlying issues causing balance display isuses. Some customers may not see certain previous transactions in their activity feed, but all new transactions will post normally.
