Balance & Activity Updates Delayed (Resolved)

Some transactions, including Instant transfers, took up to two hours to appear in the Activity list after processing.

2:14 PM (PST) – Some transactions, including Instant transfers, are taking longer than usual to appear in your Safe-to-Spend or the Activity list within the app. This is only affecting customers with accounts backed by BBVA Compass (check the back of your card to find out). Our team is investigating, and we'll update here as we learn more.
