Card Activation & Instant Intermittently Unavailable (Resolved)

Instant transfers and card activation were intermittently unavailable for several hours, and some customers were unable to take the next step in moving their accounts to BBVA Compass.

10:17 AM (PST) – Card activation and Instant transfers are intermittently unavailable. Our team is investigating, and we'll keep you posted as we gather more information. If you have questions, please give us a call at 888-248-0632 or send us a support message.

2:16 PM (PST) – Instant transfers are available again as normal, while our team is still working on restoring card activation. Thanks for your patience, and please send us a message or give us a call if you'd like support.

4:02 PM (PST) – We've also recieved reports that some folks are running into a delay or loading error when moving their accounts to our new partner bank, BBVA Compass. This is releated to the work we're doing on card activation, and we're working to resolve it as soon as possible.
