Transactions took several hours longer than usually to appear in Activity.

Customers with Simple accounts backed by BBVA Compass (check the back of your card to find out if you're one of them) may notice that transactions are taking longer than usual to appear in their Activity or update their balances. Our team is working to resolve this as quickly as possible, and we'll keep you posted as we make progress.
