Balance & Activity Updates Delayed (Resolved)

For several hours, transactions were going through yet taking longer than usual to appear within the app.

November 28th 2016

11:43 AM (PST) – We've observed that for some customers, it's taking longer than usual for transactions to appear in their Activity or update their balances. We're working to resolve the cause of this delay. In the meanwhile, if you have questions, please send us a message or give us a call at 888-248-0632.

9:55 AM (PST) – We've resolved the source of the delay, and balances and Activity are updating at the normal speed again.
