Log-ins Intermittently Unavailable (Resolved)

Some customers were unable to log in or submit transfers & deposits for a brief period of time.

October 25th 2016

12:53 PM (PST) – We're investigating reports from customers who are unable to log in to their accounts. These log-in difficulties are intermittent, and we're working to resolve them soon.

1:13 PM (PST) – Some other features may be intermittently unavailable, including scheduling an Instant or External Accounts transfer, blocking or activating your card, or submitting a check via Photo Check Deposit. We're working to restore them as quickly as possible.
