From 1:30 p.m until 2:30 p.m. PST today, https://simple.com was only loading intermittently, and our Support Articles and this status page were also sporadically available.
Our mobile apps were not affected, and they continued to load normally. Customers were also to access our sign in page (https://bank.simple.com/signin) and use their accounts normally after signing in.
We're posting this summary now that the underlying cause is resolved and all our sites are running smoothly again.
