Some Card Transactions are Declining (Resolved)

Our card processor was unavailable for a period of time, resulting in declines.

December 4th 2015

6:05 AM (PST) – Our team is receiving reports of card declines and is working towards a resolution. Instant transfers, card activation, and blocking or unblocking your card may also be affected in the meantime. 7:02 AM (PST) – We have located the source of the declines, and we're working towards a solution. Also, we're getting a lot of contact right now, so it might take longer than usual to reach us. We understand the urgency of the situation, and we appreciate your patience. Thank you!

7:23 AM (PST) – Our phone system has reached capacity, so it's likely that if you call us, your call will be disconnected.

8:29 AM (PST) – We've resolved the underlying source of the declines. There is still a slight possibility that you'll experience a decline due to an out-of-sync balance discrepancy, and we're now working to finish syncing balances. We expect to have everything resolved shortly; thank you again for your patience.

9:04 AM (PST) – We're once again receiving reports of declines, and block/unblock card and card activation are not available. Our team continues working to restore normal card use.

10:21 AM (PST) – We're still working to restore card use to normal, and we'll update here as we have news. We understand the situation is urgent, and resolving it is our highest priority. Thank you again for your patience.

11:25 AM (PST) – We've resolved the cause of the declines, and balances are back in sync. Your card should be working normally now; if you have any trouble with it, please give us a call at 888-248-0632 so we can get it fixed.
