Web and Mobile Apps Intermittently Unavailable (Resolved)

Web and mobile apps were unavailable for a short period of time.

August 21st 2015

5:40 AM (PST) – Our web and mobile apps are currently unavailable; customers are unable to log into their accounts. This does not affect transactions (including card purchases and deposits) which will be processed normally. Our team is currently working to restore web and mobile access, and we'll update here as we make progress. If you need help in the meanwhile, please give us a call at 888-248-0632.

6:04 AM (PST) – Some customers have been able to successfully log in and use the web and mobile apps. Our team continues to investigate, and we'll keep you posted as we learn more.

6:24 AM (PST) – We have confirmed that customers are able to log in and use their accounts normally on web and mobile. Our team is monitoring to make sure this continues to be true.
