Activity and Safe-to-Spend Intermittently Unavailable (Resolved)

Activity and Safe-to-Spend were not loading for some customers, and Photo Check Deposits was briefly unavailable.

May 1st 2015

3:13 PM (PST) – We're investigating delays loading Activity and Safe-to-Spend, both on the web and in our mobile apps. Transactions (including card purchases) are unaffected by this delay. We'll update here as we learn more. If you have questions or need help, please send us a message or give us a call at 888-248-0632.

3:30 PM (PST) – We've learned that Photo Check Deposit is currently unavailable, so customers are unable to submit deposits through the mobile apps. Our team is working to re-enable it.

4:20 PM (PST) – We've made progress, and Activity and Safe-to-Spend are loading again for some customers. Also, Photo Check Deposit appears to be re-enabled. We're continuing to investigate to ensure everything is working as it should.
