We have deployed the fix for the Payments issue and all of our testing has been successful. You should be able to use Payments as normal. Please let us know if you’re having any issues, and thanks for hanging in there with us today. (Brian – 6:20pm PT)
We’re in the final stages of testing the fix for this issue and we expect to be able to update production within the hour. (Brian – 5:46pm PT)
Hello again. We’ve learned more about this issue and want to provide an update. We’ve been able to confirm that no customer payments scheduled prior to today have been impacted by this issue. In addition, any payments to existing contacts scheduled today for any date from 04/01 on will go through successfully. However, adding a new payment contact is not working. If you try to add a contact, you will get an address validation error, even if the address is accurate. This is due to the issue we reported earlier, and we’re continuing to work on a resolution with our partners. Unfortunately, this resolution is taking longer than we had hoped. At this point, we believe it will be resolved by 5pm PT. We’ll update here as possible, and as always, feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. (Brian – 3:26pm PT)
We’ve identified an issue with our Payments service that is preventing payments that are created and scheduled for today from being sent successfully. We have a fix for this issue going through testing that we expect to have in production within 30 minutes to an hour. Once the fix is out, Payments functionality will return to normal. If you have had any issues with Payments today, or if you have any issues at any time, please contact our Customer Relations team via the Support button within the web applicaiton, and they’ll get you fixed up. Thanks for your patience as we work out the kinks in our platform after this morning’s major upgrade. (Brian – 2:02PM PT)
We’ve completed our release and things should be back to normal. If you have any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Relations team via the Support tab within the web application. Thanks and have a great weekend.
We are in the process of releasing a new version of our application. During the deployment, the application may be unavalable and if so you will see a static page. We’ll be back shortly. Thanks!
